INSTRUCTIONS FOR FIRST-TIME REPLACEMENT:

If your umbrella has failed to function properly, we are happy to replace it for free (except shipping). Please follow the steps below for first-time replacements.

STEP 1:  Send a photo of the damaged umbrella:

Email a photo(s) of the damaged unit to support@davekny.com. Please include a photo of the damaged section of umbrella, as well as a photo of the handle to help verify the model. 

Include the following information:

- Your full name
- Your shipping address (USA addresses only)
- The model and color
- Approximate original date of purchase
- Return shipping order number (Step 2 below)

We will email you after we receive your email, verify your replacement history and send the replacement accordingly. 


STEP 2:  Pay the shipping fee for the replacement unit.  Please click button below to pay the shipping fee via credit card.
