PROCEDURES FOR YOUR REPLACEMENT:
Email a photo(s) of the damaged unit to support@davekny.com. Be sure the photo easily identifies the item as a Davek umbrella.
Include the following information:
- Your full name- Your shipping address
- The model and color
- Approximate date of original purchase
We will email you after we receive your email, verify your original purchase and send the replacement accordingly.
