First time repair
If this is the first time your umbrella needs repair, we will only require you to send us a photo of the damaged unit. We will validate your replacement history and send you a replacement unit. This option is only available for those who originally purchased the item directly from our website.
Subsequent repair/gift/outside purchase
If you have previously had your umbrella repaired or replaced, or if you acquired your umbrella outside our website or by gift, we will ask for you to send the damaged unit to us for inspection and replacement.
Please note: The repair/replacement service is only available for items purchased directly from our website (www.davek.sg). Items purchased from third-party marketplaces or unauthorized dealers are not included.
